Maciej Kuziemski

Maciej Kuziemski is a Managing Director of Philanthropy for Impact, Central European initiative aiming to increase the region’s democratic resilience through systemic philanthropy. Prior to that, Maciej spent a decade in public policy, academia and social entrepreneurship. He conducted independent research at Harvard Kennedy School and European University Institute; advised Ditchley Foundation, European Commission as well as British and Polish governments, and co-founded Coalition for Polish Innovations; Kuchnia Konfliktu and Zofia Institute. Maciej earned a BA from University of Warsaw and MPP from University of Oxford. Maciej hosted podcasts with Vogue Poland and Project Syndicate. Recently, Maciej’s work has been recognised by BMW Stiftung, Schmidt Futures and Alfred Landecker Foundation. Maciej is a David Rockefeller Fellow at the Trilateral Commission, a member of the Technology and Democracy Expert Group of the Stefan Batory Foundation and has been named an Obama Leader 2023.
