Franziska Hoffmann is the founder of elvates, an empowering 8-week leadership program designed for women to level up in their careers. The program is based on research about estrogens and testosterone, combined with Franziska’s own experience in over 15 years in leadership roles.
Elvates highlights the typical differences between the genders. In short, women are great empathetic leaders but they fail to climb the career ladder. Consequently the elvates program teaches the skills needed to conquer the career.
Franziska brings in extensive experience in executive search and international sales. In her last corporate function she has been General Manager for Neuroth Switzerland, leading 200 employees. Prior to that she has been dedicated for companies like Victorinox (Swiss Army Knives), Henkel, Aldi and Lidl. Therefore she also has experience in highly male dominated fields.
Franziska is driven by the ambition to get women where they deserve to be and to foster gender equality!
