Anila Smørgrav

Introducing a dynamic speaker whose professional journey spans over 25 years of international experience across diverse social and economic environments. Specializing in the telecom and IT sectors, project management, contract negotiation, transaction management, and digital transformation strategies, she has contributed extensively to both private and public sectors in countries such as Albania, Norway, the USA, France, and Switzerland. Currently, she serves as the Engagement Director at Orange Business Services, a division of the Orange Group, where she oversees complex projects for French and international corporations as well as small and medium enterprises.

In addition to her remarkable career, she is dedicated to community work, actively participating in volunteer projects with the Orange Foundation. Her contributions include promoting the professional development of women engineers in high schools and supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds. She also plays a leading role in the “Super Coders” initiative, which encourages children aged 9 to 12 to explore ICT programming.

Beyond her professional commitments, she is deeply engaged in promoting education, culture, and the integration of the Albanian Diaspora. She holds leadership positions such as President of the French-Albanian association “Albania” in Paris, Co-chair of Germin’s executive board based in Pristina, and Vice-chairman of the Diaspora Coordinating Council under the Government of Albania.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions to society, she has been honored with prestigious awards, including the title of “Nation’s Ambassador” by the Albanian Government and the “Women Who Make Albania” accolade by the Albanian Excellence organization.
