Arikia Millikan is a freelance tech journalist and the founder of LadyBits, a media platform for tech-savvy women. She is currently traveling around the world, writing, meeting interesting people, and bird-watching.

Arikia after acquiring her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, moved to NYC in 2008 with two suitcases, a credit card, and a one-month sublet.

In New York, she became an Editor at Wired where she covered science and DIY tech.

In the world of online journalism, she is best known for documenting the first Google Glass porn starring James Deen, and investigating biomedical techniques to regenerate foreskin like a salamander tail.
