Wladimir Nikoluk

He is the CEO and Co-Founder of ImmerLearn, a social enterprise that helps quantify the impact of social entrepreneurs, NGOs, UN agencies, and government programs through theory of change design, data science, and technological expertise. ImmerLearn exists to support evidence-based decision-making and learning for professionals around the world to help them serve some of the most vulnerable individuals and communities more effectively. ImmerLearn also attempts to close the 7 trillion dollar funding gap for achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals by empowering programs to use existing resources more effectively and by raising additional funds through increased trust in public and social sector programs. Previously, Wladimir was a consultant at McKinsey & Company specializing in public sector, technology and strategy projects. Wladimir also worked as a Resilience Intelligence Officer for the United Nations in Jordan, where he represented UNDP in negotiations with governments, NGOs and other UN agencies on the response plan for the Syria sub-region. Wladimir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers and the German National Academic Foundation.
